Helping Hands administers our Corporate Assistance Program (CAP) — a structured way for employees to support one another in times of personal hardship. Through this partnership:

 

• Employees facing a crisis can apply for confidential emergency assistance.

• Employees and the company can contribute to the fund, with all donations being tax-deductible.

• The program is managed by Helping Hands to ensure fairness, privacy, and dignity.
