Because no one should walk through hardship alone.

We Take Care of Our Own.

At Delavan Holdings, our people are more than employees—they're family. The Compassion Notification is how we make that real. When someone on your team is going through a hard time, this tool gives you a simple, confidential way to let us know so we can step in with support.

All you need to do is fill out a quick form. The Raising Hands Care Team handles the rest—with empathy, discretion, and real action.

When to Submit a Notification

Submit a notification when someone you work with is facing something like:

  • A medical emergency (personal or family)
  • The loss of a loved one
  • A house fire or natural disaster
  • A mental health crisis
  • A serious family hardship
  • Another unexpected, life-altering event

Public or private, big or small—if it matters to them, it matters to us. No one falls through the cracks on our watch.

How It Works

  1. You Submit a Notification: Fill out a quick, confidential form to let the Raising Hands Care Team know what’s going on. You don’t need to have all the details—just share what you know.
  2. We Review and Respond: The Care Team will reach out as appropriate to offer support. That might include sending a card or care package, sharing available resources, or offering assistance through the CAP (Corporate Assistance Program).
  3. Handled with Care: Every notification is handled with empathy, confidentiality, and discretion. No action is ever taken without thoughtfulness and respect.

A Few Important Notes

⚠️ This form is not for emergencies or urgent safety situations. It's designed to give the Raising Hands Care Team a heads-up so we can follow up with compassion and care.

If you believe someone may need financial assistance, you may also encourage them to apply (or nominate them) for the Corporate Assistance Program (CAP).

A Culture of Care

Compassion isn't just a word in our values—it's how we show up for each other. When someone on our team is hurting, we respond. The Compassion Notification is one more way we make sure no one is ever left to face hardship alone.
