Because when life happens, we show up.
What is the CAP?
The Corporate Assistance Program (CAP) is designed to support employees of Delavan Holdings, Kunes Auto & RV, Camp Timber-lee, and Ignition during times of unexpected hardship. Whether facing a medical emergency, loss of a loved one, natural disaster, or another personal crisis, this program offers confidential financial assistance when it’s needed most.
It’s a practical way we live out our values—by showing up for one another with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Our Purpose
The CAP is more than just financial assistance—it’s a reflection of who we are as a company. This program exists to:
- Provide real support during life’s toughest moments
- Foster a culture of trust and belonging
- Create a meaningful way for employees to help each other
- Live out our commitment to care, service, and community
How the Program Works
1. Funded by Us (Employees and The Kunes Family Foundation)
The CAP is funded by donations from both employees and the Kunes Family Foundation. It's a collective effort to care for our own.
2. Managed with Integrity
Applications are reviewed with confidentiality and compassion by Helping Hands Charitable.
3. Support That Matters
Assistance is available for qualifying events such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Funeral expenses
- Fire, flooding, or natural disasters
- Domestic violence situations
- Unexpected personal or family crises
4. Focused on People, Not Paperwork
The process is designed to be respectful, streamlined, and judgment-free. Each situation is unique, and every application is handled with care.
