All Kunes team members have our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available through ERC.  This includes many wellness resources and opportunities as well as counseling.

How to use your Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Everyone experiences challenges that can impact their mental health. Delavan Holdings offers a mental health benefit called Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through ERC: Counselors & Consultants

Benefits

• This program provides short-term mental health counseling for you (employees), your spouse, your dependents, and those in your
immediate household.


• There is no cost or co-pay to use this important program, the EAP is not tied to insurance.


• Completely confidential counseling andmental health support.

What to Expect

• During your first counseling session, your counselor will ask questions to understand your situation, health, relationship, strengths,
and what you want to achieve through counseling.


• Together you will develop an ongoing plan for meeting your mental health goals and continue sessions to work on progress.


• Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Sessions can be by telephone, video, or face- to-face counseling (where available).

Crisis Line Support: If you or a family member is experiencing a mental health crises, call 1-800-222-8590  24/7/365 for real-time support. There is always a counselor available to assist. For medical emergencies or imminent danger, please call 911.
